With all due respect CD I think you are drawing a long bow & that this is a standard proposal to say they MAY look to have a CR and have used examples of prices from 22c to 90c. It doesn't mean they will have a CR. If the price crashes the CR may be 22c.
"If Resolution 4 is approved by Shareholders and the Company issues the maximum number of Equity Securities available under the 10% Placement Capacity, the economic and voting dilution of existing Shares would be as shown in the table below."
The resolution will probably be approved I'd say, but they are just forward planning at this stage for a CR.
