I have only had a brief read of the 4C. But there appears to be a material reduction in staff costs for this Qtr. Q3 had staff costs at $1.8 (Sect 1.2(e)) whereas Estimated cash outflows for Q4 has staff costs at $1m (Sect 9.5).
I would think that would be worthy of an announcement.
