As I read the Qtly there are three plans:
1. Get a gold project
2. Look to North America and or Europe to fund the Canadian projects
3. Do a tech deal if 1 and 2 can not be pulled off.
If they get interest to fund the Canadian projects you then have to ask what structure will they use to do it? Seems like things are a foot at MNQ.
