As it seems to me, there are several issues which are essential for driving the share price up:
Tenenements (+++ ?)
Funding (+++!)
Sovereign Risk (+++)
Management & Communications (-)
Luck (+-)
Is one of those key points missing, the share price will stay down.
The + and - are my ideas about chalice.
As always comments of experienced investors are welcome to help me learn about this
