re: Ann: Quarterly Activities Report and Appe... hi guys, dont follow this one at all but have been watching closely. could someone with a good knowledge of this one explain the contingent liabilities report on page 25 of the last half yearly report.
it states that gazonor s.a are in a major court dispute with Societe Artiesienne de Vinyle over a previous supply contract. it states that on March 2008 Gazonor was ruled to be liable for losses to SAV of almost1,940,555 euros or pounds or something ?
looks like another hearing date for SAV reply is due on the 14th of May
is this a concern in anyway or am i misreading.
do these liabilities effect EPG in anyway if the case is lost. who pays etc ?
what does this all mean?
