Hi Poohbear,
At what level (%) do you think the FRB would deem too high. If they got 40% they could effectively take control but not 'own' the company. At 15% they would have a board member but at 40 they might get 3 or 4.
I used to hold GRR in Tassie but they are controlled by the Chinese, who happen to be their biggest customer and despite having much more cash than the market cap, they just hoard money and it took quite a while before they paid small divis. I bailed after losing patience.
