Ann: Quarterly Activities Report and Appendix 5B, page-12

Bad new forSdP project. Ihave found this morning a press new about Sierra del Perdón project (SdP). Atthe last quarterly report from 23th October, there were references to thisproject, the report included the next sentence:

“After anumber of years of exploration work, the Company has now reached the pointwhere it will focus further work on the most prospective areas of SdP and willrelinquish the less prospective part of the tenements. The results of thedrilling will be incorporated into an exploration plan supporting an in progress application for a 3 year time extension ofthe exploration permits.”

However, newsthis morning from the local councils from SdP project announced that theextension of such permits have been expired by resolution of the regional miningadministration. Does this should mean that SdP project has dead?. I include thepress new link below these lines,
