Whichever parties accepted the offer in the last two weeks (2%) and doesn't recind needs to be heavy scrutinised by ASIC. No one in there right state of mind especially large smart shareholders would ever accept $1.35.
I am in total agreement the news papers have to run every press in the country, and get this news out of what has been happening with this company.
