We've now gone 12 months since the Kipushi tailings project was first announced. Interestingly the announcement said "Offtake discussions for the sale of cobalt, copper and zinc concentrates are already underway" (http://www.capelam.com.au/irm/PDF/3698_0/BindingJVAgreementforCobaltMiningampTailingsOperations)
I wonder if they'll actually do an offtake deal within the next 12 months for this project??
