Who was managing the process - as a director I would have checked they had been sent and if not why not? That is the role of a director - pretty simple. You are dealing with people in Africa - not known for great management skills, therefore micro-management required until they can be trusted to carry out instructions. That is what training is about.

So CFE looses another month or two. Not good enough!
