EPC and offtakes due to be finalized shortly (next few weeks according to the Qar)

The fact offtakes were decoupled from financing suggests to me there may be a relationship between the two (e.g. Offtake agreements needed before financing can be approved?)

In any case, the company providing guidance on the finalization of offtakes in the next month suggests the end point is near. Unlikely they'd be so definitive if they were just can kicking

I actually think things could begin to move quickly before much longer. And when things start to move a lot of important things could happen in a very short period of time.
