Their market cap at 8c is about $30m so they would have to increase the number of shares by close to a multiple of 3….that leaves little upside for existing shareholders.

Their only hope is to sell down an interest in the project itself or someone comes in with a takeover offer. Debt will cover some of it but hasn’t been a lot of deal s lately that are more than 50% debt funded

No doubt all the brokers that have had 20c+ price targets on HRR for the last 5 years are lining up for stock at 8c
