I found this interesting and have read it previously and take it as having some importance and which TAM have put in brackets:
"...The Supreme Court of Western Australia has ordered that the 14 – 18 November 2016 be reserved for trial subject to certain conditions being fulfilled (one of those conditions being both parties having completed the steps necessary for trial)..."
Thinking out loud is this a hint to who-ever regarding the Nov trial in that perhaps one party hasn't completed the necessary steps?... if this is so I wander what the judge might do after this amount of time has passed - business litigation I always found to have a higher required standard in relation to preparation and I would assume if one party has not prepared then they may well find their case thrown out - trial is on around the 17-18th Nov only 4 months away... TAM seem to have signaled their costs leading up to the trial which would presumably be the price the other side would need to meet to walk away - but who knows?...
