Yes I think that both TAM & NST want this court case so it clears the air and blocks any future move by MLX.
I'm guessing from today's appearance in the WA Supreme Court where TAM was the plaintiff that they are the one bringing the case on to see if MLX really want to proceed.
Now that the quarterly is out, directors are free to buy these shares again - we'll see if they do and importantly if its in meaningful quantities.
The new resource statement this quarter will be interesting.
