It's a combination of reasons on why I believe it will be next year. My hopeful/emotional side says there is a chance it could still be the last quarter of this year, but putting emotion aside I believe it will be in the first quarter of 2017 that CIZ will relist.
- As you should be well aware, the ASX updated admission requirements on 12th of May. Which significantly impacts RTO's like CIZ.
- 6 months of non-compliance, CIZ will fall into a suspension in July even if we haven't acquired something.
- MW plays tend to take 6 months minimum to relist VTX: June 2015? - March 2016, SRT: December 2015 - July 2016
- ASX and ASIC are cracking down, look around at all the spec stocks that are all getting picked up for anything and everything. Working with ASX and ASIC is time consuming.
- I attended the AGM and it was clear to me that they were looking at doing another 'SRT', a significantly complex acquisition that other 'shell' directors can't wrap their heads around.
- September, new rules are coming into force, CIZ may avoid being subject to them but the rules are certainly not going to make the RTO process easier for CIZ.
As you can see, thats why I doubt a relisting in the year 2016.
@thunder54 as you probably know, I'm still wearing my 'L' plates in this world called trading. I would love it if you proved me wrong, I might even buy some more. Do you know of any complex RTO's that only took 2 months to relist.
