Well, I did tell everyone on the thread that same thing and was argued against with outlier examples but 9/10 times it tends to be the truth. Let's face it, any rational director would invest some of their own money if they felt a wealth generating event was on its way. Same reason why PW didn't invest in that stock on the way down (he saw the mess) but apparently has participated in the placement now that the shell has been restructured. Mgmt aren't stupid.
