Ive already noticed an error on my behalf, the underwriter only picked up 29.5million not 38million. So 60% of what the underwriter received is 17.7 million (what's attributable to MW ownership of the underwriter)

So 41.7 million to MW or 21%

So it's only 69.5% of the company held by the directors and their associated companies.

I hope this is now correct. Sorry for my confusion, it's been a busy night at work

Well, it all makes sense... but directors are supposed to advice the change of directors interest notice whether direct or indirect within 14 days... I can't find one so I am not sure really...
I am waiting for top 20 to figure out the exact numbers...
