$4m market cap for a shell is dear, esp as who knows what it will end up being. May pay out, may not.
Not hard to imagine a lower value than 2c being placed on a shell given there are dozens out there under $1m where the boards are would step back given half the chance having scraped the barrel clean. We both know one dont we?
