So it looks like its a tech deal after all. With the ch 11 ruling i think the gist is its basically got to be an ipo? There will probably be big change in capital structure but it probably means big cash will be injected.

I think mw's specialty is tech deals rather than mining leases so hopefully its good. IAM isnt doing to good but its still bigger than our mc and had a stellar run to about 6c i think it was?
