It's not necessarily bad, the ASX changed the rules last year i think so it's most likely a tech acquisition which triggers ch11 because it's a change from mining to tech company.

Or it could be a mining project but they want to raise like $10 mil

Either way if the project is good its good, but yeah as long as we dont get like 1 share for every 10 in a restructure or the new entity gets a billion shares at 0.001 we should be good.
