KR has gone i thought he had good ideas and communication was ok, but just seemed like he was moving too slow with somethings.

if they wanted the shareprice to be more respectable, they should have released some of this information as it came to hand? constant communication/updates gives investors and SP what they want. 
quarterly reports should just be a summary of what happened.
