But the current offering doesn't offer current renters much. They will for the foreseable furture be getting most of their cash from those looking to rent. And it's still not as good in those terms as on offer from others.


Still doesn't allow you to search for properties by rental inspection date - which is silly. Theres an app out there, i believe called Tenancy App, which allows this and it's amazing. Can view multiple properties on any day by doing a simple search. That's how i found my place. Rent.com.au didn't help much at all.
