Lobbster1... RNT revenue growth is well in excess of 20% per annum so check your numbers - it's more like 40% plus. The only trouble of course is it's coming off a very low base so progress does not feel tremendous.

The comment near the end of the announcement is telling and clearly points to a CR to occur by around March/April latest in my opinion...

“We are fortunate in that our Board and significant shareholders are supportive of our strategy and we are confident of further funding to accelerate our growth if we need it,” concluded Mr Bader.

What he was saying is that top shareholders and staff have increased their shareholdings but it really also says that it's time to raiser cash to take the company to the next level.

If the raising can occur at a time when break-even is very close then it might not affect the SP that much.
There aren't all that many shares on issue in this company so issuing a few might not be too hurtful.
