So CopperHounds' comments look to be on the money! Although whether there is still a consulting component is another matter.
Now the question is: What if any staff exist in SK and who is supervising their work?

Regarding the number of shares required, I now only have a miniscule amount (got out what was in profit at ca. 30c), perhaps the previous MD might still have hers and be interested?
