I agree with @MIStragic though, BOD have been a complete failure, and the chairman has allowed this to occur for a while.
5million odd shares required to possibly spill the board. There are a couple of big ling time holders that would be easily enough approached, plus the disgruntled shareholders on hotcopper. Reckon we could get there? Or at least threaten it? I seriously think SAU has enough potential that its worth saving. The Cannon project alone would have to be worth more than the current market cap. Remains untested at depth and now we own the whole shabang.
