Uhh what am I missing here..?
"28,484.833 oz of gold and 5,395.148 oz of silver were credited to Rand and
Tribune Bullion Accounts.
(Tribune’s share is 75%)"
So 28,484.833 oz * 75% = 21363.6 oz of gold to Tribune's account in the quarter. Using a gold price of AUD$1600/oz that's AUD$34.18million of revenue if they were to sell it. Then minus "Mine operating costs, incurred by the EKJV during the March 2016 Quarter [...] $348 per ounce mined" is -$AUD7.43 million; so AUD$26.75million profit for the quarter, or AUD$18.72million after corporate tax (30%).
So there was AUD$18.72million of value added for Tribune's shareholders, or 37.5 cps of value added in the quarter. Let's call it 35.0 cps to account for admin etc. and we've got Tribune adding $1.40 of value per year for shareholders.
Even at a modest PER of 10x, how is this stock not trading at like $14+ per share..?!
