From what I can gather I think they see setting up shop will get far greater value than auction .
(even after expence of financing??)
Lets remember Merlin Diamonds are among the worlds finest,are keenly sort after so keeping them away from the market or controlling the sales is a tactic perhaps.
But you would think an explantion
from the company would clear this up here ...the change of plan should be explained to the market.
