LSI under NO circumstances should ever be used unless its to stop going into administration.....

If sh's are not willing to cough up or they cannot find money from sophs then they need to change their game plan because all they are doing is diluting current sh's until bled dry and ultimately are closed down or consolidated to nothing.....
