If you are curious as to my motivations for investing time in that sort of endeavour, every time you post a comment of non-substance to ADV I get an alert, so I have to come here to find out what has been posted. I also have to come here when u38 responds to your accusations and mild flames because I get an alert for that also. If I can plug a small hole in the bathtub of my life by giving you the answer that you will no longer need to seek with a simple trawl back through the threads it will save me time in the long run

P.S. (edit) I apologise to all for generating an alert to your watch list on ADV as a result of this post. Rest assured I intend to make it all up to you by attempting to remove a great deal many more alerts for ADV in the long run.
