I think the cash balance will be closer to zero. You cannot count a debt facility in the cash balance. Cedric got a nice payout if you remember.
I'm betting they will dream up another project/idea and then capital raise again. You can be sure First Samuel won't want to blow another $6 in a loan that can't be paid back.
The chances of IOR coming up with a good project for the few dollars they have is next to zero.
