I wouldn't sweat it about the collective group demanding answers, 1st Sam have got the numbers and the $$$ to start kicking A if timelines and sales don't get met, I believe Cedric's bonus is the only chance 1st Sam are giving him, they hold enough stock to pull the strings and their interests are 100% aligned with ours in that they don't make a ROI until the SP goes up and we also make a ROI, the only downside is their investment horizon is 5+ years so we're forced to comply with that, sit tight IMHO.
