Any explorer with massive stock issue can do a share consolidation. OKU did this last year when they had 1.6 billion shares on issue. It's easy to give the impression of "low issue".

Not bagging the team here at all, results are looking good - I'm just looking how one wouldjustify a 9m market cap. In addition considering a CR is around the corner.

OKU sure looks interesting but not at this level.
