9M market cap? No cash in bank? Way too steep of a valuation, especially with nothing proven. Not even worth paying for Diallo at that level. CR is coming, that's looking like a certainty...
There is a far better name out there at the moment that has proven exploration success and a pathway to production with Randgold - but I won't name names for fears of moderation under "cross-promotion".
