Once again, where they are getting the high grade with width the gold is well distributed (see the 1m splits for hole 48 below). So in an underground mining context these type of intersections are good because you don't end up with large external dilution of the grade (the waste that comes into the ore stream from material outside of a stope boundary). i.e. the ore body is wide enough in many places.
Problem I have is that the intersections a very hit and miss. We now have a "middle" lode as well!!!
If you look closely at figure 2. You have a miss (in hole 44) sitting right in between the two high grade holes (holes 12 and 41), then you have another miss in hole 45 which sits just about 10m up dip from the high grade hit in hole 26. We need to see them follow this down plunge and bring up some more juice. Esh
