After we have some sales, the companies that bought the product will enjoy the significant benefits. They will turn to significant "market share" growth of their business. Why wouldn't you?
A quick letter to 1,000 local doctors telling them that the price of their pathology reading is say 20% less as well as 200% quicker coupled with a better "reliable response time period" should increase their throughput by 200% within a short period of time of that letter campaign.
What happens then? -The local competition to them HAS to buy the APAS or they are not in business for much longer or they may HAVE to sell their business (on the cheap) because they cannot compete with a 20% reduction in price "and a better service".
So despite your thinking on owners hesitant to lose their staff for automation - I suggest that simple market forces will eventually drive our sales.
The actual owners longevity far outweighs the staff members tenure of 3 years (or even 15 years).
I think my scenario of market exponential growth will be within a year after we have sold around 50 units.
On that note: I do hope that these 50 sales I speak of will happen quicker than what the market currently believes they will happen.
