If the dso was imminent price wouldn't be moving backwards and trade volumes would be increasing. I hope in time they receive the dso but I wouldn't be placing too much store nor do I have much confidence in the Indonesian government to complete this process. if it does come through it will represent a boost for the company but is unlikely to have much impact on the share price from its depressed state.
