Here is my calculation, no matter what this cost to build, if RNT fails to make money or gain users, it will slide to zero. The first few months of the year will be telling for user growth.
If RNT doesn't really pick up steam for listings, the users will not bother using the site and likely not return.
Here is this week's tally for listings in Northcote:
RNT: 18
REA: 87
