Absolutely they are loyal to REA and Domain. That's why others that have tried before have failed. REA and domain are too strong. They are the dominant industry players and they will be incredibly hard to topple.
What product does RNT have that is going to draw the punters away from REA?
You guys seem to think that private landlords will be your savour. That all of a sudden there'll be a mass exodus from agents as landlords choose to manage properties themselves. I've just given you 3 competitors with the cheapest offering to advertise on all main websites including RNT for $88. I'm not sure I have the blinkers on in this situation.
