Tenants check out DIY landlords? I thought they were looking for the best property to lease not a property to lease through DIY landlords.
DIY landlords can also advertise on Domain. It's REA that only allows agents to advertise.
Actually I do know of a website that some tenants use to look for DIY landlords. That's Gumtree. They're looking for properties on Gumtree as they can't pass the reference checks required by agents.
