I can answer that.
Agents will pay for enquiries. At the moment 95% come from REA and Domain. 5% from all the other websites combined. Take market share away from REA and Domain and generate enquiries and agents will pay.
My question to you all though is how are RNT going to entice tenants away from REA and Domain? Where is their competetive advantage?
MJLW is correct. RNT face an almost impossible task.
