Not sure what report you were all reading but the report I read would have me very worried. Where has their cash come from have a close look......
Won't run out of cash in 2 years?? This national advertising campaign will chew through a big chunk in a short time...
Its easy to say they need to turn users into cash ( which they do ) however most of their listings are agency listings. I speak with agents across the East Coast and not 1 has indicated that they are likely to pay a cent. So if they try to charge agents will leave, this will leave them with a piece what they have stated in the report that being a Fragmented Market.
Not being disrespectful but I don't think many of you understand what a near impossible task this company faces.....if they achieve it they are superheroes...
