Given the change in process was only put in place on 8th Jan 2019, does that mean WHA substituted the conventional formula for the organic in its SAMR application in response to this change, and does it mean WHA could do so without dropping back down the queue and starting again?

Apparently once SAMR for IF has been approved it is easy to interchange Organic Australia with Grass-fed Conventional Australia, and I think the key phrase is: "without delays or interruptions to market access"
