Since this announcement things have got worse, and for those who missed a very important thing in this announcement it is on page 10 second to bottom paragraph. You can expect another debt related board seat perhaps.

The Action Group requires 5%+ of the voting right (shares), if you are a shareholder it is now the time to act. This thread had lots of comments which were valid then and still are, had we have done something then .... we wouldn't perhaps be suffering now with poor production and bleeding cash. Debt has risen to over $4 million, every quarter in the 2018 calender year lost money .... this company is going backwards and it's way of raising funds devastating to existing holders.

Shares are suspended from trading still (since June 2018). You cannot get out by selling your shares. AGM deadlines have failed. Now is the time to do something.
