If anyone wants to read a story about how dodgy an ASX company can be, have a look at the LWP story, a battery tech venture where their equipment turned out to be modified ice cream dispensers, an insider blew the whistle on HC a while ago named @bearcub The story on HC started just over 2 years ago, reads like fiction but, it happened.
Shows that ASIC are a toothless tiger as well it seems.
If this is voted down, and of course it should be, I expect they will become vengeful with an even worse deal.

Shareholders need to get organised and roll this board. (if you could call it that).​
