Everything apart from funding is in place ... including preliminary site infrastructure. Pre-funded offtake should see this thing finally fly. KB from PLS on Lithium Podcast last week ... "the single most difficult challenge in the Lithium mining industry is to obtain funding". I expect the same thing applies to Cobalt in DRC. Fingers crossed our lads announce sooner than later ... and kaching!
