Yes it should help move price back north in the short term as they are expecting 9 months of no output. The key though is that this falls right in negotiating season and we are the only one (I don't count WFE) to step into the void in any sort of quick time frame.

It's going to cost Katanga US$25m just for ion exchange infrastructure. That's almost half the money we need to get a plant going. Surely there are people willing to step into this dance. Now's the time to be upping the tempo.
