    Hi Esh

"Can you or anyone else tell me where the pilot plant is located, how complete it is, what capacity it will have to treat ore and what the cost of mining and transporting that ore to the plant will be?"

The pilot plant is going to be constructed at a metal refinery at the Marcelo da Silva M. E Facility Sao Goncalo Rio De Janeiro (its mentioned in the quarterly) . Does not mention the capacity , my guess is be less than a tonne a day of ore processed and is really to just improve metallurgical processes as they scale up compared with bench testing ie bottle roll tests .

As to the low cash position , is it such a big issue considering there are some well healed investors on the registry that to protect their investment would just top up the kitty when liquidity gets tight ?

I can not see energy consumption being an issue if the grade is there , even if they had to grind to 3 microns ie with an ISSA mill it would not be cost prohibitive if the grade is there , PGI floats it ore to 10 gram a tonne ore which they fine grind and have an OPEX lower than US $800 an oz .
Or if the energy needed is heat (refractory) then some type of HPAL autoclave or smelter would be used once again this is a standard systems fro the likes of refractory gold or laterite Nickel recovery .

As for reagent use, it would have to be some type of exotic high priced reagent for that to be an issue , if it was just an acid surely that would adhere to normal stochastics , ie x amount of acid on a metal produces X amount of salt and hydrogen ions (my chemistry is rusty) anything over the amount needed as reagent would be waste .

I have no specialised scientific knowledge in this so just my opinion , to me this is still obviously a very speculative stock but slowly getting de risked .
