You are probably right in that they are now getting all their sophisticated buddies set. But I also believe that they will not raise this cash just for the sake of it.
So, I am thinking that a new deal must be in the wind and they are killing 2 birds with one stone now by getting both their mates set and raising cash for the next phase.
I am not overly fussed on the performance options. If they get the SP up to those levels then they have the options.
Whilst dilutin has ocurred again, I think all the ducks are now in a row and they will start to progress this thing forward.
PS: I do also think that management could be a bit more pro-axtive in its communication though !!
