I agree Abishai. I suspect the BoD is aware of that and that is why they are looking for equity contribution alongside the KfW mandate.
That means to protect SHers interests there should be a focus on increasing the SP to a price that reflects the valuations before tying down the equity contribution or Holders will loose the true benefit of riding this project out.
