In November 12th Alberta oil prices hit a record low of $US 11.70. The variation from WTI prices is usually about 10 to 15 US dollars, but in the last quarter there were times when the discount reached $US50.
In response the Alberta government made the big oil produces cut production. They had problems mostly with logistics moving the oil.
Things are more back to normal now.
Why you would think WBE’s income would be anywhere near their projections is beyond me.
